Josephine Gillespie, Entered into the hands of God on Saturday, October 15, 2022, at the age of 81, at the Norfolk General Hospital, Simcoe. Beloved wife of Hugh for 60 years. Loving mother to Stephen (Charlotte) and Paul (Alycia). Dear Granny of Hugh, Maxwell, Katharine, and Samuel. Also survived by her dear sister, Elizabeth Boyd (Thomas) and sister-in-law Betty McDonald (George, deceased). Predeceased by her parents Josephine and James, her brothers Bernard and George, and her sister Catherine. Josephine will be fondly remembered by her family members in both Canada and Scotland, and her many friends. Visitation was held in the Miller Funeral Chapel, Caledonia, on Thursday, October 20, 2022, from 6 – 8 p.m. A funeral Mass was celebrated in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Caledonia, on Friday, October 21, 2022, at 11 a.m.
